Share content in a meeting

- [Instructor] Shared content makes it easier for people to focus on what's important in a meeting. To share your screen or share a window or a document in a meeting, all of those start with clicking the Share button, and a flyout panel opens that allows you to choose different types of things that you would want to share. This is an important toggle here at the top. If anything you share has audio, for example, you're showing a video, and you want that sound to be included, you will want to turn this on. So if you're showing a video and this is not turned on, then other attendees will see the video but they won't hear the audio for the video. Don't forget that button because it happens way too often. Next, we have presenter mode, which is what do you want shown? Content, camera, and you can also add a background if you wish. Next, our screens that are currently open.
