- [Instructor] If you are the organizer, co-organizer, or a presenter in a meeting, you have access to some other options that I explained earlier that help you control meeting flow. For example, if we're in a setting where we have a number of people who are working remotely, it's not at all unusual that in the middle of a meeting, someone gets called away or gets distracted, and they're not at their computer in the moment to be able to mute their microphone themselves, so you can do it for them. All you do is point to the More Options button, and one of your choices here is to mute the participant. Now, Charles is muted right now, but if Charles were to unmute, note that we can mute Charles, so Charles is now muted, and if Charles returns and looks at his app or his screen, he'll see that he has been muted and he can unmute himself.
