- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Say your team members work on several projects at a time and you want to see when people are scheduled project by project. We're going to create a view that shows the projects assigned to each resource. I have four projects from the exercise files that are attached to a resource pool. If you keep them in the same folder when you download them, the links should work. So we're going to start by opening the resource pool file. When I do that, I see this open resource pool dialog box. There are three different ways to open the resource pool. We're going to use the third one. This one opens the resource pool, read, write, and it also opens all the other sharer files into a new master project file. So let's go ahead and click okay. At this point, we're looking at the resource pool file. You can see its name up at the top of the screen. You don't see any tasks because it's a resource…
