- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Suppose you want to see labor costs for a section of your project, like a phase or deliverable. In this tip, I'll show you how to display labor or other types of cost for portions of a project. So the first thing we're going to do is display the project using the resource usage view. On the view tab, go to the resource views section, and then click resource usage. Next, I want to apply the cost table. Once again, on the view tab, I can go to the data section, and click tables. And then, I'm going to choose cost. That way, I can see the different types of cost for my project. Notice that when I'm looking at the resource usage view, I can see information for each resource in the project. Well, what I want to do here is I want to group these resources. So we're going to start by applying a built-in group. In the data section, I'm going to click the down arrow and choose assignments keeping outline structure.
