Describe how Power Automate uses connector triggers and actions
Power Automate relies on connectors to access outside data sources, just like Power BI and Power Apps. There are two types of connectors that you could use in Power Automate. There are function-based connectors which refer to connections that use functions to perform tasks on the source application or service. For example, triggers often use functions to monitor activity at the source and launch a flow when a specific event occurs. It could be monitoring incoming email or, as we've seen, Microsoft Forms, or incoming messages of any kind Flows also use functions for actions, allowing them to send an email, create a calendar event, or generate a notification. The other connector type is tabular, and this refers to connections that enable a flow to retrieve data from the source in a table format.
