- [Instructor] Everything we've done so far allows your user to have a conversation, and to get information back from the agent. But often we will want users to be able to do something specific. For example, they've found a product they want, now maybe they want to order it. Or in this case, they've been having a conversation with the agent but they still need more help. They need human intervention. And so it would make sense for us to add an action. And the action that we would logically add to this type of an agent is to add an action that allows them to open a form and submit a help desk ticket. So I don't want you to think this is only about chat, because I can take action, I can run a flow that I created with Power Automate. I can launch a Power app. In Teams I can launch an adaptive card, which is another kind of app that we can use to pass information back and forth.
