- [Narrator] Our goal at this point is to take a look at the user requirements, and determine whether they look good or we need to edit them. What we see on the left, this is text. And on the right, we're seeing a visual representation. So we can collapse this if we want. You can just take a look. This is the business problem that I provided. And based on that business problem, the requirements agent has identified that we need two different user roles. We need a visitor coordinator, who's responsible for registering and managing guests. And then we have an employee who's being visited by guests. Let's see what our requirements agent thinks is going to happen with those two roles. The visitor coordinator is again responsible for registering and managing guests. So as a user, visitor coordinators need to register entries, record the guest's first and last name, select a building for guest registration, so they go to the right place.
