Change a plan's background
If you have multiple plans on the go here in Planner, perhaps working on more than one at the same time, they can all start to look alike. Could be a little bit confusing moving from one to the other, trying to make sure you're working on the right plan. There is an option to change up the backgrounds or smart backgrounds to choose from based on the title of your plan. They can change up the look, make it a little bit easier to recognize, and at the same time add some visual interest. So we're going to explore smart backgrounds right now. And we'll do it starting with our Maker's Conference plan. If you've been following along with me, we'll go up to the ellipses here to open up that pop up menu with additional options including plan settings. Go there and right away with general selected here on the right hand pane you can see the plan name, but suggested backgrounds. The suggested backgrounds you see are based on the title of your plan. So we can go through these trying them out…
