Attach files to tasks
When working on a plan with other team members there may be times when you want to share files files that could be support documents, a budget, for example, or just access to information, perhaps even on a website. All of these things can be attached to specific tasks or to the entire plan, that's because of integration with SharePoint. Every plan has its own cloud storage in SharePoint that all team members can access in one location. That's what we're going to explore in this movie. We'll start by clicking the task for accessing its details, such as this one provide budget updates if you've been following along, or you can click any one of your own tasks to open up the details and scroll down to add attachment. Clicking this button gives you three options. You can attach a file that is stored locally on your computer.
