Add a section

- [Instructor] A form can be given structure with sections for grouped questions. When a responder is answering the survey, each section is presented as a page with the associated questions. With a form open, select the area in the form where you want to add a section. If the form has no questions yet, you can create a section, then add questions to it and then create the next section. In this case, there are questions. Let's select the title of this form to place a section before question one. Then select Add new. From the menu, select More, then select Section. Next, let's give the section a title. Let's call this Experience. An optional description can also be included. If you'd like to include media, select Insert media, then select if it's an image or a video. For this example, let's select Image. Because the image has already been uploaded to OneDrive, it's displayed here. It's selected. We'll go ahead and select Add. And it's now included with the section title. And that's how…
