- [Instructor] Now let's talk about the best practices of data visualization and the points that we should consider while creating reports. The first point is know your audience. Broadly speaking, when the report would be shared in the organization, there are two groups of users who look into the report. The first group could be casual users who just wants to look into the important KPIs and see how the data has been performing at a coarser or a wider level at the organization. The other set of audience is power user who understand how to drill down into the data and analyze the complex data points like the outliers, the data distribution. These are the users who would be looking into the descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive analytics of the data.
