- [Instructor] If you're looking for powerful tools to take your data reporting to a whole new level, you need to look at Microsoft Power BI. Power BI enables users to create reports, charts, dashboards, and more from a multitude of data sources, both online and on your local servers or computers. Microsoft has been integrating it throughout Office 365. So, depending on your license, you may already have access to it. If so, you can create instant dashboards directly from SharePoint lists, click the ellipsis in the Menu bar and select Integrate, then Power BI and Visualize the list. You may need to sign in but, once you do, you'll be greeted with an already started dashboard. Impressive, if you select different data elements, then the dashboard will change to reflect that. You can also get drilled down details by clicking individual elements of the different charts. And you can edit the page and change the different charts…
