- [Instructor] I think a lot of people forget how easy it is to work between tools in Microsoft Office and O365. Maybe they just don't think about how nice it would be to use a feature that's available in one tool or that works better when they're using another Office application. Here's a for instance and something which I've used more than once in the past. I've got an Excel list here that has email addresses and the email addresses are in a first name, last name format. Now I want to use the names in personalized mailings later so I need to get them apart from the email addresses and I need them separated into first and last name. Now, obviously I could go in and do this row by row but what if there are hundreds or thousands of rows? Now Excel has a convert data to text feature but I don't really like it, I think it's kind of clunky, it doesn't work that well for me, it's not very flexible so I don't like using this. I…
