- [Instructor] The scope, the sheer size of a job has an impact on what tool best fits a job. You need to consider the amount of data involved, and you have to think about the number of people who need to access the data and how many at one time matters too. And how much time and resources are you willing and able to spend putting your solution together? O365's different tools are able to work with different amounts of information. For instance, an Excel worksheet can have more than a million rows and 10,000 columns of information and the number of sheets inside a single workbook is only constrained by the amount of memory available on the system running them. But although O365 allows for multiple users to operate in the same file at the same time, that can sometimes cause problems when people inadvertently change each other's work.
