- Welcome to Lesson 10: AZ-400 Latest Topics. In this lesson, you learn about the new features and changes made to the AZ-400 certification exam. We start out by learning about traceability, to trace work across the development lifecycle, followed by a lab where we review traceability in Azure DevOps. Next, you learn about documentation automation, as well as several tools that can be used to automate the creation of documentation. You then learn about Azure Bicep, which you can use to deploy resources in Azure. This is followed by a lab, where you will get some hands-on experience with Azure Bicep. Next, you learn about Azure Automanage Machine Configuration, to audit and maintain the configuration within your Azure virtual machines. And to close out this lesson, you get some hands-on experience with Azure Automanage Machine Configuration via a lab.
