- All right, what Microsoft means here, is generating human-like text and understanding intent. There's an interesting long story here, let me just summarize it in a whiteboard fashion. Microsoft has had the Azure Bot Service for a long time, the ability to create these chatbots, these virtual assistants that you can chat back and forth to. However, that set of capabilities was momentarily eclipsed with ChatGPT, and I know for me, I was thinking, "What's going to become of all of the Azure Bot Service stuff, now that we have GPT?" And I'm really pleased to see that what we have is the existing beauty of the Azure Bot Service and virtual assistants, what used to be called Power Virtual Assistants. I know if you get into Microsoft, you're just going to have to get used to the names changing all the time. But I found that these existing capabilities are now boosted, thanks to generative AI.
