What to expect in the AZ-104 exam
- [Instructor] Hello. In this lecture I want to look at what you can expect from the AZ-104 exam, also known as the Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification Exam. Overall, it's designed to assess your skills and knowledge in managing various aspects of Microsoft Azure. The exam itself typically lasts around 150 minutes or 2 1/2 hours, giving you ample time to answer all the questions. And you can expect to see between 40 and 60 questions, which generally tend to be a mixture of multiple choice questions and scenario-based questions. The exam covers five main areas, which are managing Azure identities and governance, which account for 20 to 25%. And this covers all things like creating users and groups, setting up self-service password control, using Azure and Entra ID roles, and managing governance using things like Azure policy and management groups.
