- [Instructor] In this lecture, we're going to look at how we can set up and view reports from our backups. So within a Recovery Services vault that I've already set up, the first thing I'm going to do, is configure it to send its events out to a log analytics workspace, and then we can use that log analytics workspace to query the data. So, in our Recovery Services vault, under the monitoring tab, click Diagnostic Settings, and click, Add Diagnostic Setting. So it can get quite granular. And obviously, the more information we send, the more we can report on. But just to make things easier, I'm going to say All Logs, give this diagnostic setting a name, and then I'm going to tell it to send it to a log analytics workspace. Then we will send, select our workspace as a "My workspace," which one I created earlier, and then we'll click Save.
