The two-step verification process
- [Narrator] So now that we've enabled multi-factor authentication for some of our users, let's take a look at the two-step verification process. Right now, I'm looking at the Office 365 sign in screen, and I'm going to log in as an in user. So, I'll go ahead and click sign in and then from there, what I want to do is enter the user's username. So I'm going to enter Ben@poseydemo.onmicrosoft.com and I'll click next and I'll enter the user's password and click sign in and so now I see a message indicating that more information is required. And the reason why I'm getting that is because multi-factor authentication is enabled for this user. So, lets go ahead and click next and I'm taken to a screen that prompts me for some additional security verification. So the first question here is how should we contact you? And we can choose from, an authentication phone, an office phone, or a mobile app. So I'm going to go with the authentication phone option so then the next thing that we have to…
