Self-service password resets
- [Instructor] Although Office 365 does give you the ability to reset users passwords, you can also configure users for self-service password reset. That way users have the ability to reset their own passwords without having to call the help desk. So let's take a look at how that works. Self-service password reset is enabled in Azure Active Directory. Now it's worth noting that any user that's enabled for self-service password reset is going to require an Azure AD Premium license. So with that said, let's go ahead and get started. Right now I'm in the Office 365 admin center and I'm going to scroll down and I'm going to expand the Admin centers container and I'm going to click on Azure Active Directory to open up the Azure AD admin center. So here we are in the Azure Active Directory admin center and you can see that right here in the middle of the screen we have an option for Self-service password reset. And just beneath that we have a block of text that says Enable your users to…
