- [Instructor] Although Microsoft Office 365 does allow you to manually create user accounts, that approach isn't practical if you've got a larger number of users to create. It's one thing to point and click your way through creating an account or two, it's another thing to point and click your way through creating a thousand accounts. So, what do you do if you need to create a large number of accounts? Well, the best option is to create a spreadsheet containing all of your user data, and then import that spreadsheet and allow Office 365 to create the accounts based on the spreadsheet contents. So let's take a look at what's involved in creating such a spreadsheet. Right now, I'm logged into the Microsoft 365 admin center, and I'm going to go to users, active users. So this is going to take us to the list of active users within the organization, and what I'm going to do is click on more, and then from there, you'll notice that we have an option to import multiple users.
