- [Instructor] Office 365 provides some very rich usage reporting data. So let's take a look at how we can create a usage report. As you can see, right now, I'm signed into the Microsoft 365 admin center and if I want to see a usage report, what I can do is expand the menu out and then I'll go to reports and then click on usage and this is going to bring up a dashboard screen that shows all sorts of different statistics related to Office 365 usage. Now, you'll notice that this kind of trails off the screen just a little bit so I'm going to go ahead and shrink the menu so that we can see the full picture. So now we can see the full dashboard and you can see that we can set the usage data to seven days, 30 days, 90 days or even 180 days. But beyond the information that's shown on the dashboard, Microsoft also provides a series of reports that you can look at and you can access these reports by clicking on select a report right here.
