- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how you can access usage data through Power BI. As you can see, I'm signed in to the Microsoft 365 admin center. And what I'm going to do is go to reports and click usage. I'll go ahead and minimize the menu and then scroll down to the bottom. Here we can see the Microsoft 365 usage analytics section, and just beneath this section there's a button to go to Power BI. I'll go ahead and click that button now. So Power BI opens, and incidentally, the first time that you use this, you'll probably be prompted to sign in and possibly even to create some additional accounts. So here I am in Power BI, and what we need to do now is to download an app that will allow us to see the usage data. Because you'll notice that the data isn't automatically exposed to us. So what I'm going to do is click this see all link in the recommended apps section. From there, I'm going to click on apps, and then in the search box I'm going to type Microsoft 365 usage.
