Examine the service health

- [Instructor] Microsoft Office 365 is normally pretty reliable, but sometimes outages and other problems do occur. So if you think that there might be an issue with Office 365, the way that you can find out for sure is by looking at the service health. So let's take a look at how you might do that. Right now I'm logged into Office 365 and I'm in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. What I'm going to do is click on Health and then I'll click on Service Health and that's going to bring up the Service Health screen. I'll go ahead and minimize the menu so that we can look at this a little bit larger. Now if I scroll down to the bottom you can see that we have colored coded icons. Green indicating that the service is healthy, blue indicating that there's an advisory, and red indicating that there's an incident. And as we scroll through the list we can see that almost everything is in the green. The only exception is the Office 365 portal for which there are two advisories. So if we want to see…
