- [Instructor] In some of the previous videos, I've shown you how to create various types of reports. Now let's take a look at how to access those reports. As you can see, I'm in the Security and Compliance Center, and I'm going to scroll down to the bottom of the menu, and I'm going to expand Reports, and then I'm going to click on Reports for download. And this is going to take me to a screen that shows me all of the various reports that are available. I'll go ahead and click on the check box for one of those reports, and you can see that I have a button, Download a report. Now it's worth noting that occasionally, if you create a report and there is no data available within that report, you may not have a download option. You may, instead, see a message telling you that the report doesn't contain any data. In this case, though, we do have some data available.
