- [Instructor] Privacy is obviously important. You want to ensure that only authorized users can gain access to content. It might be that you're storing data that contains personal information or financial information or medical information, and there'll be additional controls that you'll want to have around that. Sharing is inevitable, it's the way that organizations work. We share content with other users in our department, with other departments, with other organizations. Often, of course, that's totally legitimate. If you are working in a medical area, for example, and you have medical records, it would be appropriate given certain constraints and controls to share medical information with medical professionals, but it wouldn't be appropriate to share in other respects. So we have to accept that sharing is going to take place. It's a question of what is appropriate sharing?
