- [Narrator] If you need to create flowcharts, network diagrams, layouts, or schematics, then Visio will be your go-to application. Visio is available as a desktop app and an online app. I've already gone ahead and launched the desktop version of Visio. And like all other Office 365 products, we can start with a blank template, use an existing template, or edit something we've currently been working on. We're going to create a very basic flowchart for my grading ops from on premises to cloud. I'm going to select the Basic Flowchart, and this will provide all of the symbols that are required. The first place to start is with Start. Next, I could move in a process symbol and then add in a connector a little bit later. But, to make life a little bit easier, if you hover over your item, you can then select the next symbol. In my case, it'll be Process, and our process is Discover.
