How to use the copilot function in Excel. So I'm going to do AI sentiment analysis. I've got an employee survey with lots of comments and feedback scores. I want to have copilot function figure out a rating, so I'll go equals copilot and then open parentheses and then you give it a prompt. So I'll do quote and then paste my prompt. Categorize each piece of employee feedback data as positive, neutral or negative and put the category with an emoji next to each. close the quote and then select the cell you want. So hit comma and I'll select cell D2 and then and then close parentheses and hit enter. Immediately, the copilot function assesses this is a negative comment and it adds the sad faced emoji. Now I just double click and it fills all these out. You can also use the function to pull in data. So in this case, I want to pull in all the NFL teams.
