Drafting emails in Outlook with Copilot

Drafting emails in Outlook with Copilot

Using Copilot to summarize and reply to emails in Outlook. So I've got a long status report on the red stapler project here. I don't want to read the whole thing. At the top of this e-mail, there's a summarize button. I'll click this. It opens up Copilot. It says summarize this e-mail. And very quickly, I get a nice summary instead of having to read that entire thing. I'll close this. Let's say I want to reply with Copilot. If I drop down the Copilot button at the top, I click reply. And it gives me some options to draft out some prompts. I'll just choose appreciate detailed update. Copilot quickly drafts out that message. Now I've got some choices here. Make it shorter, make it longer. Maybe I want to make a little bit shorter. Great now it's nice and concise. I can even change the tone. I want it to be more direct now. Copilot made it a little bit more direct. I'll choose keep it now. It's ready to send.
