- Copilot can be your message coach for changing the tone and the clarity of an email draft. For coaching my Copilot to work, your email needs to be in Preflight stage, which means it needs to be something you're drafting and you need to have at least 100 words or more. Now, here's a draft. This is the message that we crafted in the previous video of this course,a nd we'll use this as the example. In the upper right corner, we're going to select the down arrow next to Copilot. And then from the menu, we'll select Coaching. It's going to analyze the draft, and then it's going to provide some suggestions, and here they are. It starts with the tone. It's letting us know that this is warm, welcoming, and supportive, and it has some suggestions on some things that we could change. If we go on to Reader Sentiment, we want to create a sense of belonging. It has some suggestions for this, as well. And then for clarity,…
