Find the latest content from a person with Copilot for Microsoft 365
- If you need to find content from a colleague, you don't have to do it yourself. You can have Copilot do it for you. Here's how. We're going to start here within Copilot Chat, and we're going to enter an instruction here that says, "What's the latest from," and then a space and a forward slash. It drops us right into the people list. Now, you could change this to files, meetings, or one of the other lists here, but we want to be in the people's list. The person that I happen to want to find content for is Kim. If Kim were not here in this list, I could start typing her name, and it would refine the results to match all of the Kims within my organization. I'm going to select that name, and then we're going to send it on to Copilot. It's searching for all sorts of content. You'll see a response coming up momentarily.
