Creating a share summary for a file with Copilot
- While sharing a file from OneDrive, Copilot can help provide a summary of what the file is all about. Here's how. We're going to hover over a file, select Share, add the name of the person we want to share this file with. You can also go in and change any of the settings that you want for the share permissions, and then here in the Add a Message area, we don't have to type anything in quite yet. We're first going to select Insert File Summary with Copilot. Copilot reviews the contents of the file, and then it's going to add a summary here within this message area. And here it is. I encourage you to read through it and then make any modifications that are needed, and then once you're ready, you can send this on as an invitation by email. And that's how Copilot can help provide a summary for your file while you're sharing it.
