Investigate and resolve authentication issues
- Once we implement multifactor authentication, the last management task by the administrator is investigate and resolve authentication issues. So once we enforce, some users might complain, my access is not allowed by this application, and this application doesn't allow me to log in. And this device does not allow me to log in. And different kind of complaints. So let's look at how we can tackle these or how we can solve these issues. So then we can investigate authentication issues using sign in logs. That is the main area to look at. So whenever somebody complains, easily you can go to Microsoft Empire Admin Center to look for sign-in logs, audit logs, and provisioning logs. And also administrators can investigate this further by, "What is the sign-in pattern of the user?" Or, "How many users have signed over a week?" And, "What is the status of the sign-in?"
