- [Instructor] It's common to begin working on a sequence and build up from an assembly edit to a rough cut, and a fine cut until you're ready for your titles and graphics and then to realize that there isn't any room for your opening title sequence because your first clip begins at 00:00. Well, in this situation, you might want to insert some filler to make space for your opening titles. Look what happens if I do this in the timeline window. If I right click on the background of the timeline and choose Add Filler, there's an option to specify At Start or At Position. If your play head is somewhere other than the beginning of the sequence, this will put a gap into your sequence. In fact, let's do this here. I'll just position my play head, let's see now. Well, I suppose I might as well position my play head before this clip that I just moved and see if I can use it to fix the sync issue I put into my sequence later on.…
