Object history
- [Instructor] When we work in Maya, Maya keeps track of the operations that we do and builds a history. Now, we can use that history to our advantage. So let's take a look at this simple object here. We've got this cube, and I'm just going to do a couple of modeling operations. So I'm going to right click, go into Face Mode, select this face here, hit Control + E for Extrude, extrude that up, and maybe add a couple of divisions. So maybe four divisions there. And then let's go into Edge Mode. And I'm going to select all the edges around that original extrude. And then let's bevel that. So that's Control + B. Maybe change the number of sections, adjust the depth however we want. And then let's go ahead and insert an edge loop. So I'm going to go Mesh Tools, Insert Edge Loop right down here. Then go back into Select mode, Face. And then I'm going to shift select the one right next to this face and select all the ones around there. And let's do one more extrude. Okay, so now I've got a…
