Hiding and showing objects
- [Instructor] One more method to control how objects appear on the screen is to use Hide and Show. And this basically allows you to hide objects or reveal them. So let's go over to the Display menu here, and you'll see under Object, we have Hide and Show, and there's a couple of different options for this. But Hide, the basic Hide selection is Control+H. And so let's go ahead and select an object. Let's select this yellow spaceship, and hit Control+H. And that hides that spaceship. But if we go over here to the Outliner, we see that it's actually still there, but it's just grayed out, and that tells us that it's hidden. Now, if we select that spaceship, go over to Display, and hit Show, we can do Show Selection. And that will reveal what was just hidden. Now, if I want to, I can select multiple objects. And again, just do Display, Hide Selection. I can also do something that's called Show Last Hidden, and that will reveal whatever Hide had previously hidden before. We can also do…
