Hiding and showing objects
- [Instructor] Now another way to control how objects appear on the screen is to use Hide and Show, as well as Visibility. So let's take a look at this scene. Let's say I have this rock and I don't want to see it anymore, so I'm going to go ahead select that rock, and under Display, I have Hide and Show. So I'm going to go ahead and do Hide, Hide Selection, which is Control + H. Now when I do that, the object goes away, but here in the outliner, you'll see that it shows up and it's grayed out. Now, if I select that object, I can do Display, Show, Show Selection, and there it comes back. Now another way to do this is to do Hide, Hide Selection. And if you don't want to go over to the outliner, you can always go Show, Show Last Hidden, or All. So I'm just going to do Show Last Hidden and that brings it back. Now you also can do this for groups of objects. So if I select all of these, and just do Control + H, that…
