- Once you have a snapshot of what your data is starting to reveal, now it's time to get a little bit more granular. In this lesson, I'll show you how to personalize your messaging based on your market research findings. So in your initial data analysis of calculating things like mean, median, mode, you're starting to get a general sense for what your audience, in general, is feeling about this product. Let's just say that your research question is, how does this audience feel about this new product that we've just rolled out? Well, you have this sense that there is an overall sentiment that is a great launching point for you to ask deeper questions. So now that you know this, you can say, okay, great. Now I want to know how do 18 to 24 year olds feel about it? How do 25 to 34 year olds feel about it? How do 45 to 54 year olds feel about it? How do males feel about it? How do females feel about it? And then you can start getting a sense of any kind of differences in what the data is…
