- Our strategy is always going to stay the same. I guess that's kind of an oversimplification, but in general, our strategy is going to stay constant. But the new learning is what are customers saying? What do they want? What do they need? What are their pain points? You might find data points that correlate or have some sort of relationship with what your overall business strategy and goal is, revealing an opportunity for you to deliver a very impactful product or message to your audience at the right place at the right time. Let me give you a really good example for how this might work. Let's say that you are on the marketing team for a plant-based milk product.
