- [Matthew] Welcome back to SAP MRP Strategies. I'm your instructor, Matthew Hunt. And we're about to see a live demo in SAP of strategy 70. This is a component-level strategy. It's called planning at the assembly level. And so what I'm going to start off, I'm going to show you the Material master settings for this. And remember we're at the component level, so I'm going to use Comp06 as my material. I'm going to pull up the MRP 3 and 4 views. And you'll see my strategy group for my component that I'm going to plan is set to a 70. Consumption mode is backwards forwards. My consumption periods are set. The Mixed MRP field is set to a 1. Go to the MRP 4 view and my individual collective MRP settings is at a 2. So those are the Material Master Settings. Let's go ahead and begin with stage one and that is always the demand management stage. And so I'm going to create some demands for my component 'cause remember in this strategy group, we do the planning at a component level. So I'm going…
