- [Instructor] In my opinion, custom workspaces are the single best way to improve your creative experience using Adobe Illustrator. Each of us has a preferred way to work with the machines we access every day. It might be a laptop for one person, an all in one iMac for another or a dual monitor setup for a PC user. It's going to work the same way regardless of platform. Now, to access workspaces there's two ways you can do it. You can go to window, you can pull down to workspace here and the zone up above will be all your custom ones. You can see, I have a bunch here and I'm going to be demonstrating those shortly and the ones here in the middle, these are the ones that come pre-fabricated with AI out of the box and right now we're in the Essentials one.
