How to write components in React
Okay, so in order to proceed, we're going to go back to that index file that we created before the essential JavaScript. If you recall, where we last left off, we had an HTML tag, a body tag, and then we're bringing in with unpackage, with our script code, React 17, the development, and the DOM as well, so that we can get the DOM running, And then we're rendering this DOM with JSX. So we have Babel as well in order to actually convert the JSX down and be able to read it properly. So if you didn't do this, you can just get the starter code. And you should be opening that up in your browser. So we should see an instance of that if we open up that file, if we open up the file with our browser. Hopefully, we're all on the same page now. Now that we've covered the JavaScript essentials and we've brought in React and we've covered basically the DOM essentials, HTML essentials, really all the important foundations that you need as a developer to do web development.
