- So far, the modulation sources that we've talked about with MASSIVE have been sort of standard fare. Even though there are twists on these basic tools that the good people a Native Instruments have given us in MASSIVE, like the looping envelopes and the cross fading waves in the LFO and the fancy gliding in the Stepper, these tools have been sort of based on things that have been standards with synthesis for a very long time. But the next tool we're gonna talk about, is in a league all it's own. Let's go to this LFO over here, and open up the Performer. Now the Performer is really cool and I want you to think about it sort of like the Stepper, in that, it does move rhythmically through different steps. However, each step has its own shape to it.
