- You need an army of employee ambassadors out there advocating for you and your brand, but this isn't something that you can task your employees with. You must earn their ambassadorship. So, how do you do that? It begins with education and creating an environment of inclusion. Cultivate an atmosphere that encourages employees to become active participants in your brand, offline and online.
