Once you've nailed that down, we can match the right survey method to your goals, making sure you're not just collecting data, you're getting the insights you need. For example, if you're exploring customer preferences and trying to understand which features matter most, MaxDiff is your way to go. MaxDiff helps you rank features and prioritize based on what your customers value most. If your objective has to do with pricing strategy though, MaxDiff can't help. If it's a product with a wide pricing range or one you're not quite sure about, Van Westendorp might be your go-to. But if you need to fine tune, enter Gabor-Granger. Now, maybe you're trying to figure out the ideal bundle of features. That's when conjoint analysis really shines.
