- [Instructor] In early career decisions, you may be more flexible when considering your lifestyle wants and needs, but it's still important to analyze these to develop your career profile. Lifestyle considerations are personal criteria that's required for you to accept a job. Examples of these include financial goals, geographic location, career progression, and work-life integration. So, let's discuss some of the lifestyle considerations you may be thinking about. First, financial goals are important and will be different for everyone. Financial goals include objectives like salary, savings, retirement, healthcare, and other plans. Based on your unique needs, you'll have a minimum salary you need and an ideal salary.
