    I would definitely recommend employees and managers to really tune into these sections because it's evident and very important that we as employees and managers recognize these different examples. Some may make you look in the mirror and change for the better or adapt in a way that doesn't call a stressful work environment.

    This is very good info to hear. I have heard several points in the past, but it was refreshing to hear it again. I signed onto this course because I'm presently dealing with a difficult manager. I just needed to hear some pointers to sort of validate my perceptions. This course definitely gave them. I am normally quite vocal about my perspectives, but I have had to be extremely cautious as of late. It was nice to hear someone sort of confirm some of my perceptions and offer guidance. It is sort of difficult to sit silently while you are being basically tormented but I've been doing that for a long time now. This course offers validation along with guidance. I very much so appreciate the data - even if I've heard it before; it challenged me to act upon it.
