- So, Nathan, with trust in mind, let's switch gears and talk about the principle of self-service. So, how about you define this for us? - Sure. I think of self-service in a platform context as being able to integrate with a platform without needing to talk to another human, without needing to do changes on the platform codebase. So, self-serve is being able to connect with that platform completely on your own. - So, is there a way in which that you recommend someone can take this idea of self-service and put it to use? - Sure. The three main things I think about when defining self-serve are one, outside in design, two, documentation, and three, consistent communications.
