- [Instructor] Deciding on your objectives and key results can be challenging. Coming up with metrics to measure your success can be difficult if you're new to the OKR system. So when you make your OKRs it might help to choose some of the pre-made samples. I'm in my list of OKRs, and in the top left I'll click the button to add an objective. But instead of filling out my information manually I'll choose the option to see sample OKRs. We can see some categories over on the left. I'm working in a sales team so I'll choose the sales category. Now, if any of these look familiar, it's because I used two of these to make sample OKRs that are in my list now. Each of these shows an objective and each contains some key results and initiatives. You will probably not find a pre-made OKR that fits your goals exactly, but you might be able to find one that is close which you can edit for your needs. So just for an example I'm…
