Audio conferencing allows your users to meet using a phone instead of using the Teams app on a mobile device or a personal computer. It allows up to 1,000 attendees and is very useful in case you have any users experiencing issues with their Internet connection or when they are experiencing issues with their client or computer, among other issues. Once you have set up audio conferencing, an audio conferencing bridge that can contain one or more numbers will be created and will be answering the call for people that are dialing into the bridge. The numbers that you can use for the audio conferencing bridge can be of two types; shared or dedicated. Shared numbers are automatically assigned to organizers when they are enabled for audio conferencing, while with the dedicated numbers, you will need to get a service number first.
